Terms and Conditions


We accept credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) and Delta. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the internet.

Confirmation of your order indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the eventuality that a mistake may have been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling


Shipping is by standard UK or overseas mail. The charge for this will be displayed during the checkout process, before payment is made. Charges vary depending on order value and delivery location.

Delivery Schedule


We will deliver your order as soon as possible.  If an item is in stock your order will normally be processed within three days.  However, in order to allow for order processing, packaging, despatch and delivery, we ask that UK customers allow up to 28 days for receipt of goods. Customers will be informed of any delays.  International orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Back Orders


If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you.

Prices shown on this website include any taxes that may apply.
