Detailed Description
Cupid the Upholder pendant - the basis for this design was a 1902 gold and enamel pendant by a leading figure in the Scottish Arts and Crafts movement, Phoebe Traquair. It depicted the god Cupid as the Upholder of the Earth - or, in more modern phraseology, Love Makes the World Go Round? The pendant is gold-plated with Swarovski crystals.
